How do I sign up?

Download Rakine from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, select your organization, and verify your phone number. That's it!

Why does the app need my location?

Rakine uses your location to share real-time tracking with dispatchers and customers. This helps coordinate deliveries efficiently. Location is only tracked while you're actively working.

How do I update my delivery status?

When viewing an active delivery, tap the status button at the bottom of the screen. You can mark deliveries as "Picked Up", "In Transit", or "Delivered".

Can I work with multiple organizations?

Yes! Rakine supports multiple organizations. You can switch between them in your profile settings.

How are my ratings calculated?

Your rating is based on customer feedback after completed deliveries. Maintain high service standards to keep your rating strong.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at contact@dabsi.net with your request. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
